Introduction: Emotional Resilience for Not-For-Profit Workers
Event Information
About this Event
This workshop provides the foundational knowledge required to identify challenges to emotional resilience at work for staff, volunteers and trustees in the not-for-profit sector. It offers a starting point for the development of personal awareness and resource identification, both of which are important steps towards the maintenance of emotional wellbeing.
This workshop has been produced in response to COVID-19 and the UK-wide lockdown restrictions in recognition that the hard-working staff, volunteers and trustees in this sector need special support.
Inspire South Tyneside is the umbrella body for the voluntary and community sector across South Tyneside. We work with communities, the local authority and statutory partners such as the health services to enable brilliant people to do amazing things. Our vision for Inspire is to offer support, advice, acting as a strategic reference point for the sector and the borough, as well as representing the views of the sector at strategic bodies and groups. Inspire South Tyneside will facilitate the development of a vibrant, strong, and sustainable local third sector that will work in collaboration with partners to ensure the best outcomes for residents of the borough.
