This one day course will teach you everything you need to know if you are dealing with the finances of a small organisation for the first time. It's idea for all committee members as well as treasurers as it really helps for everyone to get to grips with the groups finances.

The aim of this course is to provide learners with an introduction to book-keeping practices and processes for small charities using spreadsheets
For this course learners will cover the following topics

• Setting up your spreadsheet(s)
• Recording income
• Recording expenditure
• Recording petty cash
• Preparing a bank reconciliation
• Preparing receipts and Payments account

The course includes a light lunch.
