This course is intended for claimant practitioners new to the area of civil actions against the police and detaining authorities. As well as the theory covered on the day, this is an invaluable opportunity to discuss tips and tactics with fellow claimant practitioners and trainers who are experienced in litigating in this area.
Strategy and tactics for effective practice will be discussed throughout the day. Practical discussion of cases and delegate participation will help clarify these issues.

If, for any reason, you need to cancel a booking, a cancellation fee will be applied.
If you cancel more than 28 days before the start date of the course, a cancellation fee of £30 will be charged. If you cancel between 28-14 days before the start date of the course, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total course fee will be charged. If you cancel within 14 days of the start date of the course, the full course fee is payable and no refund will be given.
