This course provides a robust structure for colleagues to build upon their skills as an appraiser.

Introduction to Appraising, allows participants to:

• Understand the the principles and processes underpinning appraisal.
• Understand the difference between a Performance review and an appraisal.
• Be aware of the competencies required to be appraiser.
• Be able to construct a personal development plan and an appraisal summary.

This course is for colleagues working in Primary Care in Nottinghamshire, who are involved in appraising peers
