Goldsmiths is offering a 2-day course which builds on the experience of the Taster Workshops. Here you can explore how art psychotherapy works through experiential group processes, learn about its history, theories and practices. You will find out how art psychotherapy can help people; hear Art Psychotherapists talk about their work and have an opportunity to talk with Lecturers from the MA Art Psychotherapy about career development.

Goldsmiths is renowned for art psychotherapy training and is one of the longest running programmes in the UK. Since its inception its’ staff have been at the centre of pioneering and developing the profession and contributing to research. You will be taught by lecturers on the MA Art Psychotherapy lecturers who have extensive expertise in the field. The sessions will be held in our studio spaces to facilitate exploration of art-making and group discussions.
