With this course we will work with your 'next in line' to make sure they are ready for the next step. We will work through some key skills and potential issues they might find. To ensure they successfully step into their new job and have a positive impact on the business.
This training will help you, demonstrate commitment to internal promotion, reduce cost and risk of management failure.
After completing the course, the delegates will leave with a simple action plan to help then successfully stepping into a new role.
Each delegate will leave their training with their own action plan. We will follow this up in 28 days to fully review the action plan.
