Introduction to Bike Maintenance - Level 1
Overview
Designed for complete beginners and those with rusty knowledge.
Course Content:
- Safety checking
- Removing wheels and fixing punctures
- Ergonomics (setting up your bike to fit you)
- Bike repair tools and lubricants (what you need to keep your bike in top condition)
- Cleaning and lubricating
- Free tea, coffee and biscuits!
All tools are provided but trainees are encouraged to bring their own bikes to work on.
PLEASE NOTE: We require a minimum of 2 people to run these workshops. If we are unable to reach our minimum number we will sadly have to cancel. In which case you will be fully refunded and we will do our best to reschedule and get you booked on to any future workshops.
