Come and join us in our new arts and craft studio at Greenlands Farm Village near Carnforth. In our 1 day Introduction to Botanicl Casting Workshop you will have the opportunity to create two beautiful floral plaster cast plaques, learning about finishing techniques and try your hand at watercolour painting plaster. In our relaxed atmosphere you will explore your creative side and learn a new skill.
The workshop is on Saturday 28th June 2025 and will run from 10am until 3.30pm. A range of fresh and dried botanicals are provide however if you wish to bring something specific along you are welcome to.
There will be a 1 hour break for lunch (not included) There is an onsite cafe and farm shop or you are welcome to bring your own lunch to eat at the studio.
Hot and cold drinks and a selection of cakes and biscuits are available throughout the day. Donations to Lancashire Mind are always welcome. Please get in touch via email at theflock@creativeewe.co.uk if you have any dietry requirements or allergies that may require us to adjust what e provide.
It takes place at Creative Ewe, Unit 3, The Craft Barn, Greenlands Farm Village, Tewitfield, Carnforth, LA6 1JH. As you enter the main car park of Greenlands Farm Village The Craft Barn is directly in front. There are entrance doors on both ends of the building. Unit 3 is located half way down the corridor. We are next to Set Even Hire and opposite Fawcetts Country Store.
The workshop is limited to just 8 places max and is adults only, Age 18+.
The studio is accessible. It is all on one level with no stairs, it has a wide corridor and doorways and there are disabled toilet facilities.
There is free parking on site. There is access to electric vehicle charging stations.
