About this Event
Breathing is the simplest of activities yet many of us breathe in a dysfunctional way that hinders our day to day health & wellness.
By consciously working on your breathing and ensuring you are breathing in a functional way for your activity you can see dramatic improvements in your athletic performance, sleep, reduce stress levels and more.
In this class we will work through some simple breathwork exercises to bring awareness to your breath and help build an understanding of what good looks like.
