2,500 years after the passing of Buddha, his message continues to resonate. These days, many people are discovering that Buddhism has answers to questions and solutions to problems that cannot be found anywhere else.
On this half day-course we will learn the essential principles of the Buddhist way of life and how to apply this extraordinary ancient wisdom to our everyday lives and problems, in the modern world.
This course is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners.
The course will be taught by Buddhist Nun, Gen Kelsang Lhamo a close student of the contemporary meditation master, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso who has pioneered the introduction of Kadampa Buddhism into western society.
