Thu 11 May 2017, 19:15 – 21:45 BST
6 week course offering an overview of Buddhist principles and an introduction to two meditation practices that bring about self-awareness, change and spiritual insight.

This course is suitable for newcomers to Buddhism and meditation, as well as those who want to take their practices deeper as classes will develop around people's own questions and experience.

You may cancel your booking at anytime. Up until 48 hours before the start of the course a full refund will be provided. When courses are fully booked, due to the limited capacity of our courses cancellations after this time will only be refunded if a replacement from the waiting list is confirmed prior to the start of the course.
