Who is this for: anyone thinking of becoming self-employed, and with no previous experience.

10:15-10:45 Steps consider when starting a business, including:
Ideas for a business; type of business; raising finance; who to tell; where to trade; trademarks and intellectual property; business plans; marketing.
10:45-11:15 Using Cobra (Complete Business Reference Adviser) database and market research resources.
11:15-11:45 Looking for customers, suppliers and checking your competitors.
