- 10:05-10:30 Steps consider when starting a business, using COBRA (Complete Business Reference Adviser), including: legal status; raising finance; where to trade; intellectual property; business plans; marketing.
- 10:30-11:00 Market research resources for industry information.
- 11:00-11:30 Looking for customers, suppliers and checking your competitors.
