Event description: This event will cover an introduction to child sexual abuse and harmful sexual behaviour, covering the below learning objectives. This session is facilitated by Southampton City Council Children and Learning Academy and is suitable for a multi-agency audience.

• Understand the prevalence of child sexual abuse, nationally and locally
• Develop understanding of identifying and responding to suspect Child Sexual abuse and Harmful Sexual Behaviour
• Understand the continuum of sexual behaviour from typical to abusive.
• Consider best practice tools and guidance.
• Develop understanding of referral pathways in Southampton.
