We will offer refunds if you're in touch within a week of the training date. We understand emergencies arise so, in that case, please contact training@thenortherneco.com to see if we can sort something out.

Who will teach the course?

The trainer will be experienced in delivering the course and have the appropriate certification from the Carbon Literacy Project?

Can I do this privately?

If the dates and times above don't work for you, and you have a group of three to eight people who would like to take the course, email training@thenortherneco.com and we can look into setting up a private session at a time that is convenient for your group.

What if I can't afford the fee?

Though the course is definitely worth £50, we would never want cost to be a prohibiting factor in why you wouldn't sign up. Contact training@thenortherneco.com.
