About the Facilitator

Lucie has over twenty-years experience of working directly with the public and in local government. She also has extensive knowledge of working in the voluntary sector and delivering community-based projects. In recent years she has worked at Southend City Council, writing the council’s Co-Production Framework, and has supported teams to deliver co-production activities across different service areas. She has a passion for helping to reach hidden voices and communities, and takes an innovative approach to problem-solving and practical delivery of community-based projects and co-production.
