Quotes from previous programme participants
"This was an immensely positive and energising learning experience. I have learned so much about creating and delivering a coaching experience that really leads to a heightened sense of self-efficacy."
Corporate Projects Lead, St Georges University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust- Attendee October 2016
"I attended the ‘Introduction to Coaching’ course at Guy’s and St. Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust in October/November 2016, in part to continue honing my communication skills, but also as part of my own CPD and to learn more about an area that is of great interest to me and how to apply my learning at work.
The 6-week programme is expertly structured and the sessions provided an even mix of theory and practice. The opportunity to work with other delegates and to also get feedback from them provided much food for thought.
Hannah, our Trainer, was always positive and encouraging and this made it easier to just have a go at the various tasks and feel secure that I was refining my skills and testing them out in a safe space.
The materials were very thorough and Hannah was very gracious in providing extra materials to support our learning. She demonstrates great passion and knowledge about coaching and is both an inspiration and true professional. I would wholeheartedly recommend this course to colleagues."
