About this event

Health • Other

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful self-healing practice that uses a simple circular breath to reconnect you to your body’s innate intelligence. By gently activating the nervous system through breath, we create the conditions for release, restoration, and insight.

This practice can support you to:

  • Release stress and emotional tension stored in the body
  • Calm and regulate the nervous system
  • Gain clarity and insight
  • Deepen your spiritual connection
  • Celebrate life more fully

Much like plant medicine journeys — but with nothing more than your breath — this work can open the door to profound healing and expansion.

Your Facilitators

Angel and Freddie are both trauma-informed and highly experienced Breathwork practitioners. Together they have worked with hundreds of people in 1:1 settings, groups, retreats, and trainings. They are both teachers with the Intuitive Breathwork Institute, guiding new facilitators in this powerful modality.

Their facilitation is grounded in safety, compassion, and deep respect for the breath as medicine. Alongside their Breathwork training, they have also studied modalities including Compassionate Inquiry (Gabor Maté’s therapeutic approach), Reiki, and Shamanic practices — weaving these threads into their work to create a nurturing and transformative space.

What to Expect

We will begin with a full introduction to breathwork and the CCB technique, helping you to understand your unique breathing pattern and how changing the way you breathe can change the way you live. From there, you’ll be guided through a full Conscious Connected Breathwork session, supported with music, voice, and intuitive care.

We’ll close with time to integrate and share, leaving you grounded and resourced.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to have breathwork experience?

No prior experience is needed - we will give you a full introduction to breathwork and this specific technique.

What should I bring?

A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, and comfortable clothes.

Is Breathwork safe for everyone?

Not always. There are some contraindications (such as pregnancy, certain heart/lung conditions, epilepsy, or psychiatric medications). Please get in touch if you’re unsure — we’ll support you in finding what’s right.

What if I feel overwhelmed during the session?

You’ll be fully supported. We create a supportive space and offer adjustments if needed. You are always in control of your breath.

Can I come if I just want to try it out, without going too deep?

Yes! You can go at your own pace — the practice is adaptable to your needs.
