Introduction to CSR - half day workshop

The topic of CSR has been banded about for some time and many small business have incorporated piecemeal charitable fund raising and community activities e.g. sponsoring a children’s sports team for a few years, particularly if they are in a business that sells a ‘green’ or sustainable product or service. However, where does it start and end, why would we consider a CSR approach in our business, and have we really got time for it?

The agenda is as follows:

• CSR – where did it come from?
• Considerations to help me to identify what my strategy could be for my business
• Planning my CSR and how much time to devote to CSR
• Establish ROI CSR strategies
• Using CSR in my sales & marketing strategy
• Using CSR with my customers to help me win business and grow my cash flow in my operations
• Educate my employees about CSR

The workshop can then be followed by:

1. Planning and implementing your CSR a one day session and/or

2. An 8 sessions bi-weekly coaching programme to ensure implementation,
