Is this workshop longer than normal?

Yes, this is a 2 hour session, with a ten minute break in the middle to keep your fresh and alert! Usually our sessions/workshops are an hour, however, due to the complex nature of the customer relationship, we want you to get the best.

Do I get a certificate?

Yes! Everyone who attends a session with Skills Lab receives a 'Certificate of Attendance'
