Course Description

This workshop will introduce you to the CCEA Digital Art & Design resource and set out a progression route for digital art and design from Foundation Stage to Key Stage 2.

You will be taken through a number of practical activities that will explore the art and design concepts of line, shape and space, colour, texture and pattern. Activities will include: Kandinsky AR Spheres, Feelings Filters, Arcimboldo Faces and Silhouette Self-Portraits. You may want to download the apps mentioned below.

Resources/Materials/Apps Required :

• A computer/mobile device with the Zoom app installed
• We will be looking at the following apps during the workshop: Quiver, Pixlr, Faces iMake and Brushes Redux.

Other Information

This course will run from 2pm until approximately 3:30pm am and will take place on Zoom. Eventbrite will send you the link to the event content in your order confirmation email, and in a reminder email before the event starts.

Please note, this course is only open to teachers, classroom assistants and school technicians working in Northern Ireland.
