Event description

Description

Inclusion & Diversity go hand in hand, but what does this actually mean?

In this introductory workshop you’ll learn how companies are navigating the global landscape through creating understanding and inclusive work environments, where everyone is heard and valued. And how companies can approach diversity from a nuanced perspective, so that it doesn’t come across as a box-ticking exercise.

There’ll also be case studies showing what happens when companies get it wrong as well as when they get it right.

Who is this session for?

The workshop is designed for HR professionals or for people within an organisation on the beginning of the Diversity and inclusion journey.

The session will be run by Heeral Gudka and Paula Mitchell
