We are thrilled to announce that we have arranged for Claire Turner (founder of Claire Turner – EFT and author of How To Tap Into Your Happy) will be hosting a Free 6 week introduction to EFT.

Week 1: Introduction to EFT (brief history, a “how to”, taster tapping)

Week 2: Stress

Week 3: Anxiety

Week 4: Anger

Week 5: Fear

Week 6: Overwhelm
