Your emotions are contagious and stress has an impact on the quality of your interactions with others. Many staff are putting on a mask for the public and behind the mask, many feel overwhelmed and stressed out by responsibilities of their jobs and personal issues. Most are burying angry emotions under the mask of sustaining their jobs; struggle with chronic depression, anxiety, worry, sadness and negative emotions.

A more confident and stress-free environment leads to a staff that takes an initiative based rather than an emotional reactive approach towards finding solution. When the people you work with on a daily basis are happy and confident, they’re more productive and efficient. They are a cohesive team ready to embrace the philosophy of the service. Emotional Awareness and Stress Management Training is a structured, motivational programme that emphasizes the scientific foundation of understanding on why we do the things we do and explain that real change is possible.
