Introduction to Emotional Intelligence

Lucy Airs, Senior Lecturer Practitioner at Anglia Ruskin University, will be a providing an introduction to the concept of Emotional Intelligence.

Emotional Intelligence is a key tool when managing dynamic and sometimes challenging interpreter/client relationships. This session is expected to be of intertest to sign langauge interpreters, student interpreters and users of interpreting services.
