The workshop will help to prepare you to start your own business and explore your ideas within a relaxed environment during our three sessions over three consecutive days.
Days: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
Times: 10am to 1pm
You will also have the opportunity explore your ideas and think about whether starting a business is right for you.
We integrate business skills training, personal development and life management skills. These help to increase your confidence, knowledge and motivation on your business start-up journey.

In this second session we cover:
• Branding
• The Marketing Mix
• Social Media Strategy

• Introduction to Financial Documents- Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
• Record Keeping
• Pricing and Cost Strategies
• Breakeven
• Debt & Equity
• Company Structure and Registering as a Business.

Who is this for & eligibilty:You must be based within the city of Bristol boundary served by the Bristol City Council. This includes those who have an idea for a business, have recently started one or have a business which is already trading.
After registering for the course, you will be sent an enrolment from which you must complete before attending the workshop.
