This workshop will look at how personal opinions, prejudices and actions can influence others and lead to discrimination. Through gaining an understanding of equality, equity and diversity we will look at how to make youth work settings inclusive.

Attendees will increase their knowledge and awareness of equality issues by developing an awareness of Equalities legislation and understanding the personal, cultural and societal influences that affect people’s lives.

This session is facilitated by Steph Champion and funded by Young Manchester.

This session is free. Your £10 booking fee will be refundable on attendance. If you are unable to make it after booking, a refund is available up to 24 hours in advance of the event.
