About this event

T his webinar is for a UK audience and references current UK legislation and business issues.

EDI has never been more front and centre of many organisations’ minds. However, many of us may not know or understand the key differences between the three terms, or how each can contribute to organisational success.

This webinar aims to clarify some of the terminology, jargon, and misconceptions behind EDI, as well as the legal requirements in the workplace.

It also looks at the business case for building inclusive workplaces and employing diverse workforces, and how to begin to do this.

Join Spot The Gap founder, Alex Marshall, for this informational webinar, which includes:

  • Equity, diversity & inclusion: what’s the difference?
  • The Equality Act 2010 and legal requirements in the workplace.
  • The benefits of employing a diverse workforce and what gets in the way of this.
  • What an inclusive organisational culture looks like and how it can create more successful and sustainable organisations.

The webinar is informational in format and includes time for Q&A.
