FAQs

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Please refer to the venue's own website for transport information.

I have done an RD1st half or full day course before - what would this course offer me?

This course is designed to build on our half and one-day introductory courses. The first part of the morning session recaps the core skills and approaches and provides opportunity for you to practice and receive feedback on your coaching, extending and refreshing your experience and skills.

I have not done an RD1st half or full day course before – is this course for me?

This course assumes some experience of coaching skills and principles, but this does not have to be through attending one of our previous courses. You may have gained this experience through Action Learning or other coaching training. The morning session starts with a recap of skills and approaches, before moving onto use Action Learning so there is an opportunity to refresh your skills and familiarize yourself with RD1st approach to coaching.

If you have never done any coaching or Action Learning then we would advise trying one of our introductory level Coaching Skills for Leadership one-day workshops before attending this course.

Where can I contact the organiser with any questions?

Please contact emma@relationaldynamics1st.co.uk

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes - if you can no longer attender then your colleague can use your ticket, but please let us know directly or by updating your booking.
