This webinar will introduce the basics of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) for small and start-up food manufacturing businesses writing a food safety management system for the first time. We will look at each of the steps taken when writing an effective system based on the principles of HACCP and will show you the tools to enable your business to identify and control any food safety hazards.

Attendees will have the opportunity to ask one of our technologists questions and will learn more about the technical support available from ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre.

The event will last approximately 1 hour (30 minute presentation and 30 minute Q&A session) and will take place via Zoom. You will receive an email with details of how to join prior to the event.

Bydd y gweminar hon yn cyflwyno hanfodion Dadansoddi Peryglon a Phwynt Reoli Critigol (HACCP) ar gyfer busnesau gweithgynhyrchu bwyd bach a newydd sy’n ysgrifennu system reoli diogelwch bwyd am y tro gyntaf. Byddwn yn edrych ar bob cam sy angen ei chymryd wrth ysgrifennu system effeithiol wedi’i selio ar egwyddorion HACCP ac yn dangos yr offerynnau sy eu hangen arnoch i alluogi’ch busnes i adnabod a rheoli peryglon diogelwch bwyd.

Bydd cyfle i ofyn cwestiynau i un o’n technolegwyr ac i ddysgu mwy am y cymorth technegol sydd ar gael i chi gan y Ganolfan Diwydiant Bwyd ZERO2FIVE.
