Lost your mojo or just need to prioritise some self care? This workshop will give you an opportunity to explore your own health and wellbeing. Wellbeing is how you feel about yourself and your life - feeling good, functioning well.
The workshop consists of a mixture of individual and group work, in a safe non-judgemental setting. The session will be relaxed and fun while helping you to make realistic goals and empower you to achieve them.
Includes refreshments and a delicious lunch.
