Introduction to House History Workshop - FREE
Event Information
Description
Join us for this free workshop introducing the skills required to research house history from the Victorian era to the present. Get hands-on with archival material and gain advice from the Norfolk Record Office.
While the session will focus primarily on sources relating to Norwich Victorian terraces, the skills will be relevant to your own research, wherever you live.
We will provide access to the internet (in pairs on wifi enabled laptops). The workshop will be a small friendly group and staff will be on hand to to support you using the internet if needed. Feel free to bring your own wifi device if you would prefer to use that.
This workshop is completely free, but booking is essential.
Sorry, no food or drink during the workshop please as we hope to have some original archives for you to look at, too.
