Who is this training for?

This three-hour interactive training event has been designed by Johanna Scullion, founder of HR Made Easy. It was created specifically for first-time employers and start-ups often called “microemployers” with typically with less than five employees. This is for you if you are planning to recruit your first employee; or maybe you have inherited the business .. but you know nothing about HR or managing staff! About your Trainer – Johanna Scullion

Johanna Scullion is a Chartered MCIPD HR & Business Consultant with over 20 years’ experience of helping businesses of all sizes and in all sectors manage their people.

In those 20 years of professional experience she has worked across private, public and voluntary sectors; across consulting houses (including Big4 and top10), was an associate lecturer with the University of Ulster for 10 of those years and since 2012 she has been running her own boutique HR consultancy here in Northern Ireland.

In her own words Johanna makes HR easy for small business owners who are facing staff problems for the first time and struggling to implement rules, procedures and deal with the general difficulties that come with managing staff as business grows. Johanna helps her clients to go about managing their business safe in the knowledge that their HR is taken care of.
