Businesses must have a trading address within Greater Manchester. They must have a staff count between 1 and 250. Turnover must be below £42 Million. If the business is part of a group (holding companies/subsidiaries etc.) the total staff count and turnover must fall under the previously mentioned thresholds.

This course provides a general overview of essential HR for your business. This course is aimed at business owners and managers, as well as anyone finding themselves with responsibility for HR or looking to add a HR specialism to an existing role.

• Basic Employment Rights – including pay/deductions from pay, annual leave and holiday pay, rights to time off work, notice periods, Sunday working and data protection.
