What will I learn?

Being able to measure your organisation’s impact and effectiveness is crucial for all businesses and organisations who have an environmental or social purpose.

In this introductory workshop, you will learn why impact evaluation is important, what good evaluation looks like, and how to start implementing best practise in your organisation or business.

This two-hour in-person workshop will help you consider the following:

• What is impact and why does it matter?

• What impact am I hoping to make?

• How do you measure impact?

There will be guided exercises to make sure the content is relevant to your own organisation as well as the chance to ask questions and find out about further support and resources.

Who is this session for?

Any charities, social enterprises, social entrepreneurs or purposeful businesses that want to learn more about impact measurement and why they should be doing it.

Facilitator

Ray Coyle, deputy CEO - Oxford Hub

Ray is an experienced lawyer having spent 8 years advising investors in social enterprises and impactful businesses. He was then CEO of Auticon for 5 years, during which it was awarded SEUK's "Prove It" award for best impact reporting in the UK in 2019. He is currently deputy CEO of Oxford Hub and responsible for impact measurement, reporting and targeting.
