Improving Quality is the new Quality Scheme created for the Not for Profit Sector by people who previously worked on PQASSO

With the announcement that NCVO is stepping back from managing Quality Schemes.
We would like to introduce you to Improving Quality (IQ). This is another Quality Scheme based on the original PQASSO and continuing that ethos. The scheme was created by a number of people previously involved in PQASSO including the person who designed the PQASSO Quality Mark scheme and trained all of the PQASSO Quality Mark Assessors.
It is clear, simple and focuses on the key issues that make a difference for charities. IQ can either be used for self-assessment or accreditation, and has international recognition: a number of organisations in the UK and the Republic of Ireland are already accredited to it.
The cost of the Improving Quality packs starts from as little as £20 and assessments start from £950.
This workshop will introduce the Quality Standard and what undertaking it entails. It will also consider how organisations can transition from Trusted Charity to Improving Quality without undertaking additional work.
