Journaling helps me with my mental health and it is a great tool that can help you with yours. Journaling can help you to work out what is worrying you, help you keep track of looking after yourself and remind you of all the good things in your life.
About the workshop
I will teach you some simple techniques to help you feel happier, healthier and more in control of your mental health.
You don't have to be creative or organised to journal. You can incorporate journaling in to a busy life.
This online workshop will take place on zoom. You will be sent the zoom link closer to the event.
