Introduction to Kefir Workshop

Kefir is a beverage made from fermented milk. Since kefir is rich in probiotics, many people consume kefir for health purposes.
Kefir can help stimulate the immune system and improve digestive health.
kefir may help many health conditions such as
- Chronic Fatique Syndrome
- High Blood Presure
- High Cholesterol
- Irritable bowel syndrome
Kefir may also help with:
1) Lactose Intolerance
2) Antibiotic Side Effects
This workshop explains the background to this drink and how to make it.
