Event description

Description

***YOU MUST BE A MEMBER OF STAFF AT THE UNIVERSITY OF BRIGHTON TO BOOK ON THIS WORKSHOP***

Would benefit: all academic staff who want to find out more about the Leverhulme Trust and their approach to grant making.

The Leverhulme Trust award funding across academic disciplines, supporting talented individuals in the arts, humanities, sciences and social sciences. As well as substantial grants for research, they offer fellowships for researchers at every stage of their career, grants for international collaboration and travel, and support for the fine and performing arts. Applying for funding from the Leverhulme requires an understanding of their very specific approach to grant making. This workshop will help you decide if Leverhulme is the funder for you and, if so, how to maximise your chances of a successful application.

Previous feedback: “I now have what I consider to be a clear understanding of the Leverhulme scheme. It was very useful to see some examples from successful bids”
