About this event
Do you know what a lucid dream is? It's a dream where the dreamer knows they're dreaming, usually triggered by an 'aha' moment: 'This is a dream!' Once lucid, you have direct access to your unconscious mind and a refined state of consciousness that you can use to your advantage and literally change your life!
Come join me for an informative, interactive workshop where I will teach you the benefits of lucid dreaming, techniques to remember your dreams and techniques to get lucid (to trigger those 'aha' moments from within the dream). You will learn how to use lucid dreaming to program your mind to overcome obstacles and achieve goals in your waking life and how to use lucid dreaming to support physical, emotional and psychological healing.

The ability to lucid dream is a beautiful resource within all of us and we have the chance to use it every night. Below are the topics we will be covering in the workshop-- timings are approximate. 1.00pm Night-time techniques to become lucid. Affirmations. Using your
dream signs as triggers for lucidity.
1.15pm Putting it all together: walking the night and colourful PP presentation.

I have been interested in dreaming and lucid dreaming for as long as I can remember. I never knew you could learn to lucid dream nor that it could be used for physical, emotional and psychological healing or to program your mind to create healthy habits and achieve your goals in waking life. This changed seven years ago when I started lucid dreaming training with best-selling author and lucid dreaming teacher Charlie Morley. I am now a certified lucid dreaming practitioner and achieved my continuing professional development (CPD) in lucid dreaming in November 2019, also under Charlie Morley. Lucid dreaming combines my two passions: science and spirituality and I am keen to spread the teachings I have learnt to help everyone attain their full potential and enhance their waking life.
