Event description
Discover how to use EFT (tapping) to manage symptoms of peri menopause and menopause, in this 2 hour online interactive workshop

About this Event

Peri-menopause and menopause can bring about a host of unexpected symptoms and changes to our systems, which can sometimes feel overwhelming or out of our control. Hot sweats, anxiety, muddled thinking or memory loss, alongside a whole host of emotional roller-coasting, to name just a few!!

It doesn't have to be this way.

EFT can be an amazing tool to help you take control and change your whole relationship to this incredible time of change and transition.

Not only will Hannah be bringing her skills as an E.F.T. practitioner and facilitator, but also sharing some knowledge and guidance from her experience as a Shiatsu Practitioner, utilising the rich wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Soon, Hannah is going to start running a regular 'tapping circle' for women who would like support through this time, and this is an introductory online workshop so you can get a feel for what might be possible, how she works, and what the benefits might be for you.

If you'd like to know more about the ongoing group, please contact her for more details: hannah@hannahcurrantshiatsu.org, or register for this online introductory workshop here

Emotional Freedom Technique (E.F.T.) or 'Tapping' is an easy to learn, simple yet powerful technique that once learnt, can be used any time, anywhere, to transform how you feel, physically or emotionally. Research is increasingly showing it to be a hugely effective technique

Hannah Currant is an E.F.T. and Shiatsu Practitioner, Health Coach and Facilitator, with nearly two decades of experience in supporting people through times of transition, stress, and poor health; to find lasting peace, calm and excitement at what the possibilities are in life.

Fully qualified, registered and insured, and practicing by the ethical codes of her governing bodies. Read more here; www.hannahcurrantshiatsu.org
