Join our 5-week Pilates course, perfect for anyone looking to refresh their skills after a break, injury, or illness or feel more at ease in everyday life.
With small class sizes, you’ll receive personalised attention and expert instruction from a fully certified Pilates teacher who is also a registered osteopath.

What to expect: Mat-based, sitting and standing exercises for strength, mobility and flexibility.
Please note:
- No previous Pilates experience is required.
- Booking is open to everyone 18 years and older who can get on and off a floor-based mat unassisted.
- This class/course is not suitable for people in acute pain, nor is it a substitute for clinical rehabilitation.

What to bring and wear
Mats and all necessary equipment are provided; bring a small towel, clean socks, and comfortable, stretchy clothing. Layers are ideal for flexibility and comfort, but try to avoid restrictive waistbands or loose shorts.

Who Should Book:
- You're tired of waking up with aches and pains.
- You're unsure how to care for your sore back or achy shoulders.
- You've been advised to strengthen your core but aren't sure where to begin.
Who Should NOT Book:
- This course is not suitable for individuals in acute pain; to attend, you must be able to get on and off the floor unaided.
- Our beginner courses are not suitable during pregnancy or the early postpartum phase. We recommend waiting at least six weeks after a vaginal delivery and 12 weeks post-C-section before starting a beginner class. Exercise clearance from your doctor may also be required.

By booking, you agree to the following terms:
- All bookings are final. We regret that we cannot offer refunds unless the course is cancelled by us.
- Health screening is mandatory. Upon booking, you will receive a health screening form that must be completed prior to attendance. Failure to complete this screening will result in exclusion from the course, and no refunds will be provided.
- Accurate health information is required. We reserve the right to exclude anyone who withholds or misrepresents their health information. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.
- Health advice. While we are happy to assist with any questions, please be aware that we cannot provide health advice without first conducting a full medical screening and examination.
