What should I bring or prepare?

A quiet space where you won’t be disturbed Comfortable clothing A cushion, chair, or blanket for seated practice Optional: water, shawl, journal for reflection

Can I join the session late?

We encourage participants to join on time or a few minutes early Late arrivals may miss important grounding technique

Professor Naveen Kumar H, yoga and meditation expert and former Assistant Professor at SVYASA Known for his clarity, depth, and grounded presence in guiding meditation and Vedic wisdom

Should I eat before the session?

For optimal focus and lightness during meditation or breath-work, it's best to have an empty stomach. Aim to avoid eating for 2 hours beforehand. If needed, a light snack can be taken at least 2 hours before the session. Beverages no later than 1.5 hours prior. You may sip on water.

What if I have health concerns?

Please inform the instructor at the beginning of the session Modifications or guidance will be offered to suit your needs safely
