FREE Taster Workshop hosted by Bevis Moynan of Magenta Coaching Solutions and Shari Khan of Trainsform.

Meditation allows us to clear our mind and find space for growth & awareness.

Many people feel they don't have enough time for themselves. Meditation provides a way of creating a little window in your daily life just for you. It enables you to clear your mind, centre yourself and begin to feel, think and act with increased clarity, letting go of the busy mind and reducing any build up of stress.
