Introduction to Meditation Workshop

This is an introductory workshop to meditation teaching you different types of meditation that you can use in your daily life, including breath meditation, sound meditation, guided meditation and silent meditation. This a chance to completely switch off and relax for 2 hours allowing the body to rest and heal.
We also finish with some sweet treat’s and teas!

· You are new to meditation and want to learn the techniques to practise at home
· You want to learn tools to combat stress, anxiety, insomnia, depression
· You want to learn tools to prevent illness and boost energy levels
· You struggle to find ‘downtime’ in your daily routine and want to just have some time to relax and leave your busy life at the door for a couple of hours
