Introduction to Meditation/Stress Release Workshop

Tutor Tom Chapman from Vanbrugh College will lead you through a quiet meditation and reflection hour. Meditation is a wonderful skill to learn as it reduces stress and anxiety.
Tom will be offering this as an introductory course but will then be running a class every Wednesday night throughout the summer term at this time and in this space.
This is an excellent opportunity for students looking for a way of managing exam stress.
