About this event

  • Event lasts 6 hours 30 minutes

Please note this training opportunity is exclusive to LeedsBID levy paying businesses only.

This 1 day introductory Microsoft Excel course is ideal for individuals who have never or have rarely used Microsoft Excel, self-taught users who suspect they might be doing things the "long way" and anyone who struggles with formulas or finds Excel intimidating.

This course will help you build confidence, work smarter (not harder), and introduce plenty of time-saving tips and tricks that make Excel easier to use and more productive for your daily tasks.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Confidently create and manage basic Excel spreadsheets
  • Use formatting and layout tools to make data more readable
  • Understand and apply simple formulas and functions
  • Use charts to visually represent data
  • Save, print, and share spreadsheets effectively
  • Navigate between cells, sheets, and workbooks
