This Introduction to Mindfulness and Self-Compassion in the Workplace session is ideal for beginners. Led by international criminal barrister and meditation teacher Gillian Higgins, this hour-long seminar introduces the concept of mindfulness and provides guidance on how to incorporate it into your life at work and home.
