Introduction to Mindfulness - Chislehurst

Discover the benefits of mindfulnes over our 4 session course.
Each week you will learn new ways to meditate and combine this with CBT skills to help you manage stress, anxiety and depression.
Mindfulness is also good for creativity, performance and output as well as strengthening your personal and proffesional relationships. When applied in every day life - you will be able to fight anxiety and depression, manage pain and have a more positive outlook on life.
You will be asked to follow a daily programme of practice at home in between sessions to get the maximum benefit from the course and to make the practice of mindfulness habitual.
The course will be held in the Epworth Rooms at Chislehurst Methodist Church
Every Thursday starting 12th Jan for 4 sessions until the 2nd Feb 7-8:30 pm
Course Fees £80 or pay per session
