Our extremely popular 'Introduction to Mindfulness' evening course starts on Thursday the 22nd of June. The course is run by Dr Liz Andrews and takes place every Thursday evening at 7pm until 8:30pm.

The course is suitable for people interested in how to begin and develop a mindful practice in a practical, down to earth way, consider the benefits of doing so and at the end of six weeks be confident in their mindfulness journey.

Mindfulness is a way of paying attention in the present moment in a non-judgemental and compassionate way.

Mindfulness can be successfully learned and practiced by people of all ages and backgrounds. No prior experience is necessary.

Home practice support materials are included. Each attendee receives a free Introduction to Mindfulness book and CD.
